LED panel lights are generally divided into two types: flexible LED panel lights and LED hard light strips, but generally also include old-fashioned light strips that connect LEDs with wires, such as flat three-wire 4.3W/m, flat four-wire 6.48W/m, flat five-wire 8.64W/meter light strip, etc. With the wide application of LED panel lights in the counters of jewelry, cosmetics, boutiques, etc., the popularization of LED panel lights in the counter is also becoming more and more important. The following describes the connection between the LED panel light and the counter:
1. L and N in the transformer are connected to 220V mains (regardless of positive and negative, just connect), COM, plus V, connect to the lamp, COM is connected to the negative pole of the lamp (black wire), plus V is connected to the positive pole of the lamp (red wire); it should be Note that if the transformer is of high power and has two COMs and two plus Vs, then in the interface selection, either COM and plus V that are close to each other are selected at the same time, or COM and plus V that are close to the outside are selected at the same time.
2. The connection method used for LED panel lights, voltage balance, brightness bar, as the light gradually dims, the specific connection method is as follows: from the transformer COM, V pick two rows of counter light strip aluminum groove wear, each light input power line from the water tank , the positive and negative on the light bar are redundant, you can directly cut off and leave only the wiring head;
Then directly connected to the common line in the slot, there are positive and negative, light red (positive) connected to the transformer V lead, in addition to connecting to another line. Such a lamp is a lamp, and the electricity of each lamp is independently drawn from the common line in the slot. Another common ear wire is directly twisted together and placed in the water tank. It has good concealment, and the positive and negative heads cannot be put in, leaving poor concealment. It is recommended to use the above connection.
3. Selection of the length of the light bar: According to the specific situation, a circuit can install a few meters of lights, and then install a few meters according to the number of lights installed. But the maximum should not exceed 5 meters.
4. Fixing material: Use light-curing glue, that is, shadowless or transparent glass glue, because these glues will cure after a period of light exposure.
